Specialist Data Governance

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting and implementing data governance programs. This includes developing frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.

Data Governance

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting development and implementation of data governance programs
• Identifying and remediating data governance risks
• Collaborating with stakeholders to enforce policies across domains

Data Governance Compliance

In this area you will:

• Track regulatory requirements for data governance
• Monitor implementation of strategies and procedures
• Assist in audits and data quality projects, including data warehousing

Issue and Exception Management

You will assist in:

• Reviewing and validating resolution for issues
• Monitoring exception management processes

Communication and Awareness

Additional duties include:

• Engaging in clear, effective communication with data stakeholders
• Promoting data governance throughout the organization
• Developing awareness campaigns and training sessions
• Working effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment

Essential Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or Business Administration is required. A good understanding of data architecture, system integration, and DMBoK topics is highly valued. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position based in the HQ in Luxembourg, offering flexible working hours and a work from home policy. Occasional travel may be required and a Certificate of Good Conduct will be needed upon selection.
