About the Role: Intern Digital Accelerator - AI/GenAI
As an Intern Digital Accelerator - AI/GenAI at Cargolux Airlines, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI and automation solutions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI development, data visualization, and operational support within a dynamic, agile environment.
Task Responsibilities:
- AI Development Support: Write, test, and document small AI developments using Python. Support data cleaning and formatting for AI models or internal prototypes. Contribute to code repositories following team standards.
- Data Visualization: Support the creation and/or update of Power BI dashboards/reports. Assist in designing clear visuals for presentations and Proof of Concept (PoC) reports. Help connect various data sources including Excel, CSV, APIs, and Dataverse.
- AI and Automation Tasks: Help develop and test internal AI solutions. Document workflows and user feedback. Support the integration between different AI solutions.
- Operational and Research Support: Benchmark tools or datasets relevant to current PoCs. Prepare summaries, process documentation, and simple technical notes. Support the organization of project demos and internal communication materials.
Essential Requirements For The Position:
- Programming: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python.
- Data Tools: Familiarity with Power BI (pivot tables, charts, connectors).
- AI / Automation Interest: Curiosity for AI agents and the Azure AI ecosystem in general.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, agile, and fast-moving environment.
- Communication: English proficiency (written and spoken).
Working Conditions:
- Internship based in Luxembourg.
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of a positive selection.
- Flexible working hours.
- Regular office presence to be expected (located in SANDWEILER).
- Paid internship.
