Job Purpose and Impact

The UX Designer Farmer Facing Digital Products is responsible for designing and developing engaging user experiences for digital products. The role translates complex user needs and business requirements into web and mobile features that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards while partnering with cross functional teams.

Key Accountabilities

  • Design Creation: Draft wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups.
  • User Research & Analysis: Conduct interviews, surveys, usability tests to inform design decisions.
  • Design Iteration: Refine designs through feedback, creating responsive prototypes.
  • Collaboration: Work with product managers, engineers, and designers to meet business goals.
  • Documentation: Maintain user personas, journey maps, and design documentation.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • User Experience Best Practices: Stay updated with industry trends.
  • Usability Testing: Evaluate design effectiveness and iterate based on results.
  • Tooling: Utilize Figma and other UX tools proficiently.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (typically 3+ years preferred) with strong expertise in Figma and UX design tools.

Additional Information

This role is subject to Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave guidelines, with expected salary range of $69,000 - $95,000 subject to location and other factors. Comprehensive benefits and potential discretionary incentive awards are offered.
