Job Purpose and Impact
The Global Security Intelligence Lead will manage threat intelligence collection and reporting to protect our people, operations, and facilities from physical harm. This role contributes to developing and executing strategies that enhance threat detection, intelligence sharing, and actionable reporting.
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with Global Security, enterprise teams, and third party vendors.
- Monitor and identify global threats and physical security risks.
- Design and deploy threat detection, intelligence analysis, and reporting strategies.
- Deliver timely intelligence reports and briefings to leadership.
- Maintain relationships and enable effective intelligence sharing across teams.
- Provide expert thought leadership with strategic contributions as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years relevant work experience, typically reflecting 10+ years, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Preferred candidates have additional language skills, global experience including work/living overseas, and formal training in intelligence collection, analysis, and reporting.
Compensation and Benefits
Expected salary is between $115,000 and $165,000, plus discretionary incentive awards and a comprehensive benefits program.
