Job Purpose and Impact
As part of the Global Learning & Development team, the Advisor, Professional Skills Development - AI leads the enterprise-wide strategy and execution for developing AI fluency across our workforce. This role empowers employees at all levels to understand, adopt, and responsibly use AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and innovation. The position designs and implements scalable, measurable learning programs that simplify complex AI concepts and promote ethical practices.
Key Accountabilities
- Program Development: Design and develop complex learning experiences.
- Program Implementation: Deploy learning strategies and measure performance impact.
- Program Administration: Oversee multimedia content and quality assurance.
- Learning Experience Development: Use instructional design to create engaging content.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR, business, and subject experts.
- Program Analysis: Evaluate learning outcomes using feedback and metrics.
- Vendor Management: Integrate new learning technologies and platforms.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 6 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-wide learning programs, a strong understanding of generative AI and workplace AI tools, adult learning principles, and excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in related fields, experience in AI-related upskilling, digital literacy programs, and familiarity with responsible AI principles.
