What You’ll Do
- Train & Support: Coach new and current caregivers in the field.
- Quality Assurance: Visit clients to ensure care plans are followed.
- Step In When Needed: Cover shifts during last-minute call-offs.
- Problem-Solve: Address client and caregiver concerns with empathy.
- Keep Us Organized: Submit visit notes, timesheets, and care reports.
A Typical Day Could Include
- Morning: Training sessions or onboarding new clients.
- Afternoon: Conducting 2–3 client visits for quality checks.
- End of Day: Updating records and planning for tomorrow.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years caregiving experience; CNA or HHA preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Pay & Benefits
- $21–$22 per hour with weekly pay.
