What You’ll Do

  • Train & Support: Coach new and current caregivers in the field.
  • Quality Assurance: Visit clients to ensure care plans are followed.
  • Step In When Needed: Cover shifts during last-minute call-offs.
  • Problem-Solve: Address client and caregiver concerns with empathy.
  • Keep Us Organized: Submit visit notes, timesheets, and care reports.

A Typical Day Could Include

  • Morning: Training sessions or onboarding new clients.
  • Afternoon: Conducting 2–3 client visits for quality checks.
  • End of Day: Updating records and planning for tomorrow.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years caregiving experience; CNA or HHA preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Pay & Benefits

  • $21–$22 per hour with weekly pay.
