Your Core Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and scheduling needs efficiently.
- Screen, manage, and respond to the CEO's emails and other communications.
- Provide crucial executive administrative support, including preparing analyses and documentation for projects.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, then report key priorities and outcomes back to the CEO.
- Ensure the highest level of confidentiality for all company and executive information.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
- A minimum of 3 years of direct experience as an Executive Assistant.
- At least 10 years of overall administrative experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.
- An Associate's degree from an accredited university is a must, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
