Job Summary

The Senior Manager, IT Performance leads a team dedicated to enhancing IT effectiveness and demonstrating business value across the organization. Key responsibilities include establishing IT performance goals and metrics, leading monthly leadership meetings, and developing a comprehensive strategy for tracking and analyzing IT performance.

Essential Functions

Collaborate with IT leadership to set clear performance goals and align with strategic objectives. Engage cross-functional departments to ensure alignment on IT initiatives and performance metrics. Lead executive-level meetings to discuss performance metrics and progress, fostering collaboration and accountability. Develop and implement tracking and analysis strategies, prepare reports and ad hoc analyses, oversee automation of ServiceNow time tracking, and lead Gartner Maturity Assessments. Spearhead operationalizing the three-year IT Roadmap and drive initiatives to mature IT processes and practices.

Education And Experience

Bachelor's in IT, Business Administration or related field is required. Minimum ten years in IT/business analysis with three years of management experience. Prior experience delivering IT services in a large enterprise or consulting organization is preferred. PowerBI experience required.

Working Conditions

General office environment with occasional extended periods of sitting or standing.

Compensation And Rewards

Salary range: $110,800.00 - $193,800.00. Additional bonus based on company and individual performance. Comprehensive total rewards package offered.
