Job Summary
The Team Lead, Contract Administration directs day-to-day staff activities at CareSource to ensure service and performance objectives are achieved.
Essential Functions
- Manage and maintain workflow assignments for timely processing of new and updated contracts.
- Document process changes and new procedures to ensure consistency.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management if thresholds are exceeded.
- Create, review, revise and enforce company and department policies.
- Supervise staff including quality reviews, performance feedback, disciplinary actions and merit/bonus reviews.
- Develop staffing plans to address service or satisfaction issues.
- Oversee orientation and training of new Contract Analysts.
- Analyze staff performance and recommend system and reference material improvements.
- Track and report production and quality in monthly 1:1 meetings.
- Maintain timesheets for non-exempt employees and manage external vendor relationships.
- Perform additional job-related tasks as requested.
Education And Experience
Associates Degree or equivalent experience required; minimum two years in an HMO or health care setting. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly preferred.

Working Conditions & Compensation
This position is based in a general office environment and may require extended periods of sitting or standing.
Salary ranges from $61,500 to $98,400 with bonus potential and a comprehensive total rewards package.
