Job Summary
The IT New Market Implementation Lead has program management and strategic responsibilities related to driving the delivery of software solutions across the CareSource ecosystem for mergers & acquisitions, as well as new and expansion states. This role collaborates with development, testing, and business operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of integrated software solutions and interfaces with program managers, Agile leaders, and suppliers.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with Data Architecture, Program Management, and Business Partners to deliver implementations within scope, budget, and quality.
- Manage IT implementation teams and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Research and recommend IT portfolio management, agile best practices and tools.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards for data privacy and security.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in IT implementation initiatives.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to executive leaders.
- Manage operating budgets and forecasting for implementation activities.
- Drive planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and milestone tracking.
- Lead change management support and develop reporting standards and workflows.
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of IT experience and 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in SAFe Agile and large-scale agile frameworks is required. Healthcare payer industry experience is a plus.

Working Conditions & Compensation
This role is based in a general office environment but is remote, and the compensation ranges from $110,800 to $193,800, with potential bonus opportunities and comprehensive total rewards.
