Overview

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer - Tableau Administration to administer, upgrade, and maintain enterprise BI production environments using Tableau and other BI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor multi node Tableau Server clusters.
  • Oversee Tableau to Tableau Cloud migration initiatives.
  • Implement robust security and governance practices.
  • Troubleshoot performance and optimize server configurations.
  • Lead upgrades, patch management, and documentation efforts.
  • Provide L2/L3 support and user onboarding sessions.
  • Stay updated with Tableau roadmap and enhancements.

Qualifications

  • B.Tech/MCA or equivalent with computer science background.
  • 6+ years of enterprise Tableau Server administration experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau Server/Cloud.
  • Solid SQL knowledge and performance tuning skills.
  • Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
  • Experience with additional BI tools like SAP Business Objects, Power BI, ThoughtSpot.
