Job Details

Purpose

The Technology Quality Director is responsible for leading and managing the development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of quality systems and processes throughout the IT organization. This role ensures compliance with regulatory and customer requirements using frameworks such as CMMI and ISO 9001.

Essential Functions

  • Define and implement a strategy for service management and operational best practices.
  • Foster continuous service delivery optimization and improvement.
  • Develop self-auditing and compliance capabilities around ITSM.
  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations including network, end user support, and infrastructure.
  • Analyze, report, and improve quality metrics and performance.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position includes managing people and leading the Quality Assurance team.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience with 8 years experience and 3 years in management. Preferred certifications include Certified Quality Auditor or Certified Quality Engineer. Experience with healthcare payer systems is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Expertise in statistical analysis and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Salary & Benefits

Salary range is $149,040 - $276,656 with a comprehensive benefits package including incentive programs and 401k plans.
