About the Role

Join Careerxtra in Bucharest, Romania as an Equipment Reliability & Integrity Engineer. In this full-time role, you will ensure systems run at peak efficiency and compliance standards are met.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain accurate equipment records and lifecycle data.
  • Design and implement replacement and upgrade strategies.
  • Provide technical support and training to colleagues and partners.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Collaborate with Training, Compliance, HR, and Operations teams.
  • Prepare and manage technical and regulatory documentation.
  • Research and recommend new or specialized equipment.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent English (C1 level) in written and spoken communication.
  • A technical or engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, or related).
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience in equipment or asset management.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic knowledge.
  • Advanced computer skills in data analysis, reporting, and database management.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with health & safety compliance in technical environments.
  • Experience in shift-based or 24/7 operations is an advantage.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong teamwork.
