Job Description
About the Role: Research Analyst
We are looking for a Research Analyst who brings structure to ambiguity and clarity to data. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to convert information into meaningful insights. You will support business decisions through structured research, data analysis, and well-articulated reporting. The role demands intellectual curiosity, accuracy, and disciplined execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary research across relevant industries
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to derive insights
- Prepare research reports, summaries, and executive briefs
- Track industry trends, competitor movements, and market developments
- Build structured databases and maintain research repositories
- Support leadership with data-backed recommendations
- Validate data sources for reliability and accuracy
- Present findings clearly to internal stakeholders
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking ability
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple research assignments simultaneously

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
