Information Technology Specialist at CareerXperts Consulting

What This Role Will Focus On
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, hardware, and software systems
- Provide remote technical support to internal teams
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
- Implement security protocols and ensure data protection
- Support cloud-based tools and collaboration platforms
- Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and integrations
- Maintain documentation of processes and configurations
- Recommend improvements to optimize IT efficiency
Skills & Experience Required
- 3–8 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure management
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and/or Linux systems
- Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS tools
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and security best practices
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT documentation
- Basic scripting or automation knowledge (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
