About the Information Technology Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud environments
- Provide L2/L3 technical support across hardware, software, and systems
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and security compliance
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and access controls
- Oversee user provisioning, device management, and endpoint security
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure minimal downtime
- Support IT automation, system upgrades, and process improvements
- Maintain documentation, policies, and IT asset management

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and endpoint protection
- Experience with MDM tools and SaaS application management
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
