Job Description
Data Analyst at CareerXperts Consulting
We are looking for a Data Analyst who can convert raw data into structured insights that drive business decisions. This role requires strong analytical thinking, comfort working with large datasets, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders. You will work closely with business, product, and leadership teams to uncover trends, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyse structured and unstructured data
- Build dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Develop SQL queries and optimise data extraction processes
- Support business teams with ad-hoc data analysis requests
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
- Work with engineering teams to improve data pipelines
- Translate analytical findings into business recommendations
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker)
- Basic knowledge of Python or R (preferred)
- Understanding of data modelling and data warehousing concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant data analysis experience
