CareerXperts Consulting is seeking a talented Cloud Engineer to design, build, and optimize secure, scalable cloud environments. This pivotal role emphasizes automation, reliability, cost efficiency, and performance, ensuring our cloud infrastructure supports business growth effectively. You will collaborate closely with DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams to maintain a resilient, secure, and production-ready cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Build scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments and continuous integration.
• Monitor cloud environments to optimize performance and control costs effectively.
• Manage cloud security policies, IAM roles, and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and support swift incident resolution.
• Implement robust backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize cloud-native application performance.
• Ensure all documentation and architecture diagrams are accurate and current.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with core cloud services like EC2/VMs, Storage, Networking, and Load Balancers.
• Proficiency in VPC, Subnets, and Security Groups.
• Expertise in IAM and access control mechanisms.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools: CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
• 2–6+ years of hands-on cloud engineering experience.
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, GCP Associate Engineer).
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and automation frameworks.
• Exposure to security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, SOC2, GDPR).
