Assistant Project Manager at CareerXperts Consulting

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to projects. This role supports planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables stay aligned. You won’t just “assist” — you’ll actively drive execution and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end project planning and execution.
  • Assist in defining project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Track milestones and ensure adherence to project schedules.
  • Coordinate between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare project documentation, status reports, and dashboards.
  • Identify risks and escalate issues proactively.
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are met.
  • Facilitate project meetings and maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
  • Support change management and process improvements.
