Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights that support business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, develop dashboards, and deliver data-driven recommendations that improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities through data analysis.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
Create and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics.
Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Support ad hoc reporting and business analysis requests.
Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work with data engineers and developers to improve data quality and reporting processes.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
Experience with Python or R for data analysis is preferred.
Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.
