About the Team

The Commercial Services team empowers micro and small business owners globally by building easy-to-use tools such as e-commerce platforms, booking systems, and CRM solutions to drive product sales and customer loyalty.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Commercial Services, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for new e-commerce, bookings, and CRM tools. Your responsibilities include:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end strategies for product launches.
  • Market & Customer Insight: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Create compelling messaging and narratives for our tools.
  • Growth & Adoption: Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to drive feature adoption.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze KPIs to refine strategies.

What We Are Looking For

We require 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or similar industries, with a proven track record of impactful campaigns, strong analytical skills, exceptional project management, and a collaborative, target-driven mindset.
