Position Summary
The Global Wealth Investor Relations Manager will join the Global Wealth Investor Relations team in the Dublin office at the Vice President level. This role focuses on governance, oversight, and lifecycle management across alternative investment products, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ideal Experience
Candidates typically have 6-10 years working with registered products in the alternative investment space.
Responsibilities
- Fund Governance & Oversight: Support governance frameworks, prepare board materials and manage compliance.
- Product Management & Support: Liaise with internal teams and external partners for product launches and ongoing operations.
- Regulatory & Risk Management: Monitor regulatory developments, coordinate filings and support risk initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as primary contact for fund-related issues and communicate with senior leadership.
Critical Competencies for Success
Strong analytical skills, excellent Excel proficiency, attention to detail, self-starting attitude, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with fund administrators or transfer agents is a plus.
