Job Overview

Careers at Council is seeking a WAC Programs Administration Assistant to join the Programs Team at the Warringah Aquatic Centre in Dee Why, New South Wales. This temporary full-time role (35 hours per week) focuses on high-level customer service; managing swim and recreation program enquiries, bookings, and issues; and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

The key focus areas include:

  • Providing excellent customer service for Swim and Recreation programs.
  • Managing enrolments, booking enquiries, and resolving issues quickly.
  • Maintaining financial records with daily reconciliations.
  • Supervising Programs staff including Swim School staff, Party Leaders, and Group Fitness Instructors.
  • Ensuring the delivery of safe and high-quality programs.
