About the Role
The Senior Administration Officer role at Careers at Council is a full-time permanent opportunity within the Property Team at Bayside Council in Rockdale, New South Wales. The role involves providing administrative and support services to facilitate property projects and tasks while supporting Council’s strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare documents, correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Complete financial transactions and purchasing services.
- Respond to emails and phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Update and maintain diaries, records, and databases accurately.
- Coordinate Strategic Land and Property Working Group meetings.
- Track departmental inquiries and actions allocated by Council executives.
About You
You are expected to deliver multiple administrative support activities with high service standards. Experience with Techone, Content Manager, Infor Council, and Pathways is highly regarded. A minimum secondary school completion or relevant experience is required.

Additional Information
- 35 hours per week.
- Salary range: $74,087 to $82,977 pa plus 12% superannuation.
