Senior Administration Officer
Full-Time Permanent opportunity in our Property Team with a 35hrs pw, 9 day fortnight and competitive salary from $74,087 to $82,977 pa + super. This role is located in Rockdale, New South Wales.

About the Role
The Senior Administration Officer provides administrative and support services to facilitate the operation of the Property Team. Responsibilities include preparing documents, correspondence and reports; completing financial transactions and purchasing; managing emails and phone inquiries; updating diaries, records, and databases; coordinating strategic meetings; and tracking departmental enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare documents, reports, meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Complete financial transactions and purchase services.
- Manage and respond to emails and phone inquiries.
- Maintain diaries, records, and databases accurately.
- Coordinate Strategic Land and Property Working Group meetings.
- Track enquiries and actions for Council and Executives.
About You
The ideal candidate will deliver multiple administrative support activities with efficiency and professionalism. You must have at least secondary school completion or relevant experience, with experience in Techone, Content Manager, Infor Council, and Pathways being highly regarded.
