Social Media Assistant

About the Role

The Social Media Assistant role at CareerLibrary.pk is designed for a creative and motivated individual to support the marketing team in day-to-day social media activities. You will help manage the online presence across various platforms and assist in creating engaging content that aligns with the brand’s tone and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and post content on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
• Create engaging visual and written content in collaboration with design and marketing teams.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages while engaging with the community.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and audience growth.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, contests, and community engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for social media, marketing, and digital communication.
