Head of Ecosystem - Crypto
Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Head of Ecosystem - Crypto. This is a fully remote role for US/Europe/Dubai/LATAM based candidates as long as they overlap at least 5 hours with the EST timezone. Salary range: 150-200K USD yearly plus benefits.
We are building the unified layer that connects capital to the best risk-adjusted yield across Decentralised Finance (DeFi). We are creating the last vault you’ll ever need: a single deposit point where assets are continuously and intelligently reallocated across DeFi protocols to maximise yield.
We are backed by premier crypto investors, including Paradigm, Haun Ventures, Hack VC, Solana, and Circle. Join us to architect and deploy the core infrastructure that will redefine yield aggregation on Solana.
About the Role
As the Ecosystem Lead, you will own our demand-side growth strategy, driving adoption of our infrastructure across the broader Solana/EVM application landscape.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in BD, ecosystem, or GTM roles in crypto, infra, or developer-facing tech.
- Broad experience across EVM & Solana ecosystem
- Proven success building partnerships, leading cross-functional projects, and working with technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort operating autonomously in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for low-level protocol infrastructure and the future of performant on-chain systems.
