About the Role
We are currently looking for a Digital Designer to join our team and support a wide range of digital design needs across multiple brands and channels. This is a production-focused role requiring quick and consistent execution within an existing system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide creative, design, and UX support for various products and services for internal and external customers.
- Create and produce digital assets for social media, email newsletters, and websites.
- Develop motion graphics and animated assets for video, social, and digital platforms.
- Work within templates for efficient, scalable production.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and project deadlines.
- Support and maintain style guides, brand identity, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the web development team for design implementation.
- Present design processes and decisions to stakeholders.
- Maintain asynchronous communication and proactive status updates.
What We’re Looking For
This role emphasizes production and execution over pure conceptualization, requiring the ability to work quickly and consistently within established systems.
Must-have Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital/visual design within guidelines and systems.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
- Experience designing for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for feasible layout design.
- Experience with templates and design systems.
- Ability to work independently within an established design system across 14 brands.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Nice-to-have Qualifications
- Motion design skills (After Effects or similar).
- Agency or media environment experience.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Experience supporting event or conference branding.
- Understanding of subscription, paid media, or event-driven business models.
