Overview

The Business Analyst - Product Development at CareCentrix is responsible for defining and supporting the product framework with detailed business requirements and process mapping for new products and enhancements to the existing product portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit, define, and analyze medium to complex business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business partners to optimize processes and scalability.
  • Facilitate internal communication and product decision-making.
  • Document detailed business requirements with product teams.
  • Analyze existing business processes for operational efficiencies.
  • Conduct ad hoc and ongoing analysis of product value drivers.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and summarize data.
  • Work with testing teams to develop test case scenarios and approve results.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience leading projects and building strong relationships.
  • Clinical experience is a plus.
