How This Role Makes a Difference
We are seeking a highly driven, organized, and analytical Technical Project Manager I (TPM I) to support and coordinate projects. This role focuses on the identification, planning, design, build, roll out, and support of technology and/or process solutions. You will apply the methods and standards set by the TPM group to maintain excellent oversight. The solutions managed will benefit various functional teams within the Delivery organization or outside, such as Marketing, IT, Recruiting, and Quality. This techno-functional position involves administration, planning, and monitoring of in-house projects and solutions. It requires analytical skills, data-driven approaches (e.g., Six Sigma, analytics, KPI), and experience with Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will deeply understand processes requiring system support, develop build plans, involve stakeholders, orchestrate build efforts, and escalate issues to ensure project success.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Learn the organizational systems’ landscape and end-to-end business processes of clinical trials at Care Access.
- Lead efforts for all parties in formulating, producing, or rolling out tech and process solutions, potentially acting as the owner or administrator.
- Apply best project management practices to effectively capture requirements, document decisions, facilitate communication for change management and decision-making, and monitor performance against time, cost, and scope.
- Actively serve as a techno-functional resource, supporting efforts related to product stacks and operational process systems.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements, such as automation, for Delivery team software systems and processes.
The Expertise Required
This role requires analytical expertise or domain knowledge in enterprise applications or platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Azure. Strong understanding of enterprise solutions, software development, product lifecycle, and project management is essential. You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively, demonstrating high self-motivation, energy, and problem-solving skills in chaotic environments. Excellent verbal and written communication, positive interactions with coworkers and management, and cross-functional collaboration are key. You should bring a positive and supportive attitude, balance competing priorities with critical thinking, possess curiosity and a passion for learning and innovation, and be able to take thoughtful risks to get things done. The ability to work with various departments, identify operational/industry problems, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure is also critical.
Certifications/Licenses, Education, And Experience
- 3+ Years of experience managing, coordinating, and supporting project efforts led with PMI or Agile methods.
- Experience using Microsoft Azure, NetSuite, Salesforce, Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, PMI, Agile/Scrum, Six Sigma experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise solutions, software development, product lifecycle and project management.
How We Work Together
Location: Remote within the United States. This role requires 100% of work to be performed in a remote office environment. Travel: This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role. Physical demands associated with this position Include: The ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment.
