Cardone Capital is a real estate investment firm managing a $4 billion portfolio of institutional-grade multifamily properties across the United States. With nearly 12,000 units under management, we specialize in acquiring income-generating assets and making them accessible to everyday investors through equity funds open to the general public. Our model is built on transparency: we charge no fees or commissions for capital raising, ensuring that more of every investor's dollar goes directly into the assets. As we expand our financial infrastructure, we are building out a dedicated DeFi practice to explore yield-generating strategies that complement our core portfolio.
Key Responsibilities of a DeFi Strategy Analyst
- Research, evaluate, and monitor DeFi protocols and yield strategies relevant to the firm's treasury and investment objectives
- Develop and maintain operational frameworks for on-chain position management, including entry, rebalancing, and exit procedures
- Produce regular performance and risk reports for internal stakeholders, tracking yield, exposure, and protocol health
- Identify and assess risks associated with smart contract exposure, liquidity, and market conditions; propose mitigation measures
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of active strategies, protocols in use, and decision rationale
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, compliance, and leadership to align DeFi operations with broader business goals
- Monitor on-chain data, industry developments, and competitive landscape to surface actionable insights
Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on experience working with DeFi protocols (lending, liquidity provision, yield aggregators, staking, etc.)
- Strong understanding of yield strategies and the mechanics behind them
- Foundational knowledge of risk management concepts as applied to on-chain environments
- Ability to produce clear, structured reports and present findings to non-technical audiences
- Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Based in the European Union or able to operate within EU working hours
What We Offer
- Fully remote position within the EU
- Annual gross compensation: €66,000 – €88,000, depending on experience and depth of DeFi background
