Role Overview

The Operations Supervisor oversees program staff in customer service, enrollment, reimbursement activities, benefit investigations, prior authorization assistance, copay enrollment, and other hub services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for inbound and outbound patient access support team.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and performance metrics.
  • Conduct performance reviews and report program metrics to leadership.
  • Manage workflow, monitor calls, and track key performance indicators.
  • Test and approve program changes related to technology and business rules.
  • Regularly meet with Manager to discuss team performance and issues.
  • Conduct one-on-one development sessions and manage Workday tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including HIPAA.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to resolve complex program issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 2-3 years’ call center leadership experience and strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, troubleshooting, and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments with a sense of urgency.
  • Experience managing remote teams with a commitment to development.
  • Shift flexibility and detail-oriented approach required.

Remote Work Details

This full-time remote role requires a dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free environment with high-speed internet. The candidate must have a secure wired broadband connection meeting specific download and upload speeds, and necessary hardware protection.

Compensation & Benefits

Anticipated salary range: $67,500 - $96,300. Cardinal Health offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, 401k, and other health and wellness benefits.
