About Cardinal Health Supervisor Patient Access and Support

Role Overview
The Operations Supervisor oversees program staff in customer service, enrollment, reimbursement activities, benefit investigations, prior authorization assistance, copay enrollment, and other hub services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for inbound and outbound patient access support team.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and performance metrics.
- Conduct performance reviews and report program metrics to leadership.
- Manage workflow, monitor calls, and track key performance indicators.
- Test and approve program changes related to technology and business rules.
- Regularly meet with Manager to discuss team performance and issues.
- Conduct one-on-one development sessions and manage Workday tasks.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including HIPAA.
- Collaborate with internal partners to resolve complex program issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 2-3 years’ call center leadership experience and strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, troubleshooting, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments with a sense of urgency.
- Experience managing remote teams with a commitment to development.
- Shift flexibility and detail-oriented approach required.
Remote Work Details
This full-time remote role requires a dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free environment with high-speed internet. The candidate must have a secure wired broadband connection meeting specific download and upload speeds, and necessary hardware protection.
Compensation & Benefits
Anticipated salary range: $67,500 - $96,300. Cardinal Health offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, 401k, and other health and wellness benefits.
