Job Summary
The Specialist executes quality programs, policies, and procedures in its area of specialty, such as managing recalls and customer complaints. The role involves creating quality metrics reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting policy deployment in compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Collect substance information from suppliers.
- Extract and load product systematic data.
- Review and evaluate questionnaire forms.
- Coordinate with teams like Supplier, Sourcing, and Regulatory.
- Identify and quantify risks, communicating results.
- Deploy quality programs and policies.
- Support development of standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of regulated substances and Distribution Operations processes is beneficial. Excellent communication, SAP proficiency, and multitasking skills are required.
