This includes managing pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable, and employee travel & expense.

Responsibilities of a Senior Analyst, Finance Operations

• Conduct proactive research and resolve customer and supplier inquiries, especially concerning customer pricing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with both internal and external key stakeholders.
• Lead specific customer accounts and/or processes within a dynamic, data-driven environment.
• Engage in customer-facing video conversations and manage escalations to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Drive process innovation for customers by optimizing their identified pricing programs.
• Influence and implement process changes based on root cause analysis to prevent recurring negative customer experiences.
• Effectively prioritize multiple job tasks to consistently meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate leadership by assisting and mentoring other team members.
• Exhibit an ownership mindset, taking full accountability for outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to build strong collaborative relationships and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency, attention to detail, prioritization, and accountability.
• Ability to lead direct conversations with internal and external customers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Alteryx and Tableau reporting is preferred.
