About the Role

The Advisor, Finance Operations - Medical Admin Fee Adjustments at Cardinal Health is responsible for overseeing key financial processes including pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable, and employee travel & expense.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform monthly calculations to maximize benefit in the GPO Admin Fee space.
  • Ensure proper accounting of GPO Admin Fees and reconciliation of eligible sales data with SAP transactional data.
  • Participate in the creation of manual procedures for reconciling customer sales and payment data.
  • Assist in developing systematic enhancements and plans for future improvements.
  • Collaborate with business partners including Sales, Legal, Finance, Pricing, Accounting, and Contracting.
  • Maintain and enhance the SOX internal control structure and support Vistex Implementation.

Qualifications

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel; experience with SAP is a plus.
