E-Commerce & Growth Manager at CAPULET Jewelry

CAPULET is an independent luxury jewelry brand based in Germany, with its headquarters in Munich and workshops in Pforzheim and Berlin. For over 15 years, we have stood for high-quality, handcrafted gold and silver jewelry – with a clear attitude and unmistakable style.

Our goal is profitable growth and strengthening our online presence. To achieve this, we are immediately seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Growth Manager (m/w/d) to independently and effectively elevate our marketing to the next level.

Role Objective

This position holds full responsibility for the digital growth of CAPULET Jewelry. The role combines shop optimization, performance marketing, and conversion enhancement, aiming to data-drivenly scale the Shopify store and measurably increase revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Shopify & Shop Optimization: Deep understanding of Shopify (Themes, UX, Page Speed, Checkout-Flow, Apps, Feeds), building and maintaining high-performing product pages, and conversion optimization through A/B tests, heatmaps, and funnel analysis. Basic knowledge of Liquid or collaboration with developers is a plus.
  • Performance & Growth Marketing: Planning, implementation, and scaling of Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including retargeting, lookalikes, and Dynamic Product Ads. Expertise in tracking, UTM parameters, Conversion API, and Pixel events, along with budget control and ROAS optimization.
  • Analytics & Tracking: Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Klaviyo, and Shopify Analytics. Ability to create dashboards and interpret data, and conduct customer journey & funnel analysis.
  • CRM & Retention: Developing and managing Klaviyo flows (Abandoned Cart, Browse, Post-Purchase), segmentation, automation, and lifecycle marketing.

Qualifications

  • Several years of Shopify experience in e-commerce with a focus on growth & conversion.
  • Demonstrable success in performance marketing, CRO & scaling.
  • Several years of experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills & a profound understanding of tracking & data analysis.
  • Experience with attribution tools like KLAR.
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Feed Management, Retargeting & Funnel-Building.
  • Independent, strategic thinker with a genuine growth mentality.
  • A keen sense for aesthetics, brand, & luxury lifestyle.
