Job Description

Front-End Developers at CapTech are part of a high-energy community that designs, develops, and delivers quality enterprise solutions in a project-based consulting environment. The role involves working directly with designers to convert designs into accessible, responsive web implementations, while providing technical mentoring and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members and clients on technical solutions.
  • Create quality deliverables to communicate solutions effectively.
  • Leverage training programs for continuous skill development.
  • Implement front-end design patterns and accessibility guidelines.
  • Mentor peers and provide technical leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years focused on front-end development.
  • Expertise in semantic HTML, CSS, and unobtrusive JavaScript.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
  • Familiarity with mobile hybrid technologies (React Native, Flutter).
  • Skilled in responsive, device-agnostic development.
  • Proficiency with CSS pre-processors and front-end best practices.
  • Knowledge of accessibility (508/WCAG compliance) and CI/CD processes.
  • Experience with containerization and cloud platforms.
  • Ability to convert design deliverables into cross-browser solutions.
  • Must reside in the Omaha, NE area and work onsite.
