Product Analyst – Drive Innovation in Protection & Underwriting
As a Product Analyst at Capricorn, you will transform data into insights and enhance protection documents, operational reporting, and our underwriting rules engine. You will work with a variety of tools including SAS, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel.

- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex data
- Solid understanding of insurance principles and actuarial concepts
- Proficiency in SAS, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with drive for continuous improvement
Experience & Qualifications
Experience or exposure to the insurance industry is highly desired. Previous roles in business analysis, underwriting or product development are beneficial. Tertiary qualifications in data, statistics, actuarial studies, or a related field are essential.
