A Day in the Life of an Inside Sales Representative
As an Inside Sales Representative, you are a trusted business partner to assigned customers. You will:
- Build day-to-day relationships with customers.
- Identify, qualify, and close prospects fitting the ideal customer profile.
- Provide accurate quotes, introduce new products, and solve problems.
- Ensure world-class customer service with efficient order processing and delivery.
Requirements
Candidates must have:
- 1-3 years experience in inside sales, sales, or customer service.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems to manage pipelines and customer data.
- An understanding of construction, building materials, or fencing products.
