Basic: 4+ years recruiting/HR/client consulting experience, 2+ years in Client and People Management with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: PHR/SPHR certification, 5+ years in Campus/Corporate Recruiting, and strong experience in metrics analysis and strategic changes.
