Project Management Specialist Role
This role at Capital One is responsible for managing the planning, development, administration, and execution of projects. The specialist will identify project requirements, define scope and allocate resources, including manpower, technology, and capital, to build successful projects.
General Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Project Administration: Oversee communications, monitor milestones, and review resource allocation versus budget.
- Organizational Collaboration: Build and manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with line managers across departments including HR, IT, Compliance and Controls.
- Continuous Improvement: Assess project complexity, replace outdated processes and provide feedback to improve efficiencies.
Basic Qualifications
- College graduate with minimum 3 years call center or related experience.
- PMP Certification is an advantage.
- Strong people management, quantitative analysis, and risk management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suites and effective communication skills.
- Adaptability to changing priorities; open to a hybrid setup in Alabang with a flexible mid shift.
