Overview
Capital One is seeking a Product Designer - Principal Associate to join our Experience Design team. This role is focused on creating memorable, meaningful product experiences that build the Capital One brand and drive business innovation.
Role Expectations
As a Product Designer, you will combine your design expertise with an understanding of customer and business needs to co-create innovative solutions for complex challenges. Key competencies include:
- Product Design Expertise: Leverage skills in interaction, visual, and service design using design systems and tools like Figma.
- Human-Centered Approach: Champion customer needs and integrate data, research, and feedback.
- Business Focus: Balance customer strategy with business goals to achieve harmonious outcomes.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: Minimum 3 years in a Product Design role and experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years in a Product Design role, extensive collaboration with partner teams, familiarity with established design systems, and experience in regulated, data-driven environments.
