Overview
Join Capital One as a Principal Associate HR Business Partner. In this role, you will enable business results, drive efficiency and offer HR expertise to support talent management in the Financial Services division. You will be part of a team that values diverse thoughts, ideas, and backgrounds.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Guide leaders and associates through behavioral and performance issues.
- Coach people leaders using available tools and resources.
- Execute HR processes and policies within the Financial Services division.
- Support ad hoc projects and programs for HRBPs and Financial Services leaders.
- Partner with associate relations and cross-functional HR teams.
- Collect and analyze data, provide reports, and drive process improvements.
- Develop presentations and communications for stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of client facing or consulting experience.
- Minimum 2 years of overall HR experience.
- At least 1 year experience with data management and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2+ years of project and program management experience.
- Professional HR Certification.
- Strong judgment balancing organizational, leader, and associate needs.
Compensation and Benefits
This role in Plano, TX offers a salary range of $109,900 to $125,400 along with performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
