About The Role
Capital One is seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking, and self-motivated Personal Assistant to support approximately 4 leaders in our UK business. In this role, you will handle administrative tasks, manage daily calendars, coordinate travel and meetings, and serve as the gatekeeper for executive leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily calendars for multiple executives while prioritizing tasks
- Build and maintain strong business relationships internally and externally
- Arrange meeting logistics including conference rooms and catering
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting using Capital One systems
- Drive team activities and prepare professional business communications
- Participate in general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects
- Foster an inclusive and team-oriented work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a PA or administrative role
- Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft or G-Suite
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
- Strong judgement and prioritisation capabilities
Where and How You'll Work
This permanent position is based in our London office with required travel to our Nottingham office. The role follows a hybrid working model, with work from the office on specific days and flexibility to work from home.
