General Responsibilities
- Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs.
- Design, develop, and manage dynamic project plans.
- Ensure proper documentation and mitigate project risks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide strategic thought.

- Coach and develop a team of associates.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military experience.
- At least 6 years of Project Management experience.
- At least 2 years of Jira experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters/MBA degree.
- 7+ years of Project Management experience.
- 2+ years of People Management experience.
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem solving and influencing skills.
Compensation & Additional Information
Salary ranges vary by location. For example, in McLean, VA: $146,100 - $166,700. Incentives include performance based bonuses and long term incentives. Capital One offers comprehensive health, financial, and other benefits.
