About The Team
The Capital One team is comprised of tech-savvy Product Managers who focus on customer-centered innovation. They leverage big data, agile principles, and human insights to re-imagine how people interact with money, delivering products that simplify and enhance customer experiences. The team utilizes open-source technologies, RESTful APIs, microservices, and containers, building and releasing products with speed and agility.
Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile
Capital One seeks an individual who is intellectually curious, an effective communicator, and a proactive doer with excellent organization skills. Passion for customer focus, continuous learning, and team collaboration are key. Candidates should be able to articulate complex ideas and rally teams around clear priorities.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience in creating and delivering customer centric, data-driven product vision and strategy
- Proven track record of impactful business and customer results
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field
- Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)
- Experience in financial services, technology or operations
- 6+ years of Product Management experience
