Overview
Capital One is seeking a Fraud Detection Coordinator Documentation Verification Team member for a work from home role. Candidates must live within 100 miles of designated zip codes (Richmond, VA; Chesapeake, VA; Tampa, FL; Las Vegas, NV; Plano, TX; Wilmington, DE; Lincoln, NE; St. Cloud, MN) and be able to report in person with 24 hours notice when required.
What You Will Do
You will use your strong attention to detail and customer service skills to review documentation for fraud detection. Your responsibilities include effective communication with peers, management, and customers, exercising judgment, call control, de-escalation techniques, time management, and maintaining a secure and reliable home office environment.

Compensation & Benefits
This full-time role offers competitive pay at $21 per hour with an annualized salary of $43,680 in designated locations. Technical & Home Office Requirements
Candidates must have a secure, private home office with a reliable, non-cellular internet connection provided by Cable or Fiber. The internet speed should meet or exceed 5Mbps on VPN, with 10+ Mbps preferred. Both hardwired and WiFi connections are acceptable if requirements are met.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of customer service/call center experience
- At least 1 year experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years customer service/call center experience
- Financial industry experience (6+ months)
- Fraud or Disputes experience (1+ year)
