What You Will Need

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • Minimum 2 years call center or customer service experience
  • At least 1 year using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Preferred: 3 years in customer service and experience in Fraud/Disputes
  • Compliant work from home technology and private internet connection

Compensation & Benefits
