Job Description

Fixed Term HR Coordinator, Total Rewards

As a Fixed Term HR Coordinator, Total Rewards at Capital One in Alabang, you will assist, manage, and help ensure day-to-day operations meet standards and achieve goals within the assigned functional area of Human Resources, specifically focusing on Total Rewards.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the overall Total Rewards Strategy.

Compensation

  • Create and process Payroll Credit requests for site awards (e.g., COTG, Site awards, R&R, and others) in accordance with PCRF and award guidelines.
  • Validate and approve Site PCRFs such as LOB R&R, NRRF, Queue Allowances, Completion Bonus, and endorse for approval to Finance and processing to Payroll.
  • Monitor R&R Bi-weekly PCRF reminders, track submissions, and provide MOR R&R Data requests.
  • Collaborate with HRBP for job description audits and updates in Workday; Create and update job descriptions in Workday.

Benefits

  • Support for Webinar events including program flow and deck preparation, hosting, and synthesizing of questions.
  • Wellness Programs Support.
  • Monitor and update the Wellness Programs Tracker.
  • Prepare the monthly program report for the Safety and Health Committee.
  • Assist in annual report preparation.

Rewards & Recognition

  • Process Service Awards validation for Payroll (Tenure Based Award Incentive), including printing of letters, procurement intake, congratulatory email notification to associates, as well as releasing schedule of plaques, and coordination of sorting/inventory of plaques with WPS.
  • Perform validation and preparation of nominations/deck for Alabang Applause and ROLE (using google forms, requesting validation from AR, and consolidating the final list of winners).
  • Collaborate with the Comms Team for actual COTG events/celebrations.
  • Handle PR/PO/RFP processing and Accrual Submission.

Overall Total Rewards Support

  • Manage TR merchandise inventory and monitoring (monitoring, inventory, releasing of raffle items, materials, etc. for Total Rewards Activities).
  • Coordinate and schedule TR meetings as needed.
  • Prepare site-wide communications drafts.
  • Conduct periodic market scanning.
  • Assist with LWI preparations.
  • Request additional PTO and L&D courses for promotion, procurement intake, and purchase orders.
  • Represent Total Rewards in Refreshers, ICON, among other forums.
  • Undertake other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Basic Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Preferably a College Degree.
  • Professional Experience: At least 6 months related Total Rewards experience AND at least 2 years related HR work experience (other HR roles).
