Who We’re Searching For
You will be a strategic Enterprise Sales Development Representative focused on account-based, enterprise SaaS selling. This role involves identifying high-value target accounts, building multi-threaded relationships, and initiating conversations that lead to transformative sales wins.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to execute account-specific engagement plans.
- Conduct deep research to identify key personas and account structures.
- Craft personalized messaging via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Engage decision-makers in both technical and business roles.
- Qualify opportunities and hand off to Account Executives.
- Track outreach effectiveness in Salesforce and Groove.
- Collaborate to refine messaging and competitive positioning.
- Meet and exceed KPIs for pipeline creation and conversion.
- Provide field feedback to inform product positioning and marketing.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in a BDR, SDR, Account Development, or Hunter role.
- Experience in account-based prospecting for high ACV solutions.
- Engaging technical and business stakeholders in sales cycles.
- Experience with sequencing tools like Salesforce, Groove, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise prospecting or inside sales.
- Experience in Enterprise SaaS and data, analytics, cloud, or AI ecosystems.
- Proven track record in regulated industries such as Financial Services or Healthcare.
- Strong communication skills and ability to tailor messages for varied audiences.
